HomeMenu is in active beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Data loss is possible during early development. Keep your own copy of any recipes you can't afford to lose.
The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uptime, recipe quality, ingredient accuracy, food safety, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI-generated recipes can contain errors — use your judgment, especially around cook times, temperatures, and allergens.
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and email hello@thehomemenu.com.
Use HomeMenu for personal home cooking. Don't scrape the API, try to extract our prompts, abuse rate limits, or use the service to generate content for resale. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
We respect copyright. If you believe material on HomeMenu infringes a copyright you hold, send a notice to our designated agent at takedown@thehomemenu.com including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the material you claim is infringing and where it appears on HomeMenu; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We remove material that is the subject of a valid notice and may disable accounts of repeat infringers.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate. See the Privacy Policy for what gets removed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeMenu and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months (currently: nothing — the service is free during beta).
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-product. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the state where HomeMenu's operators reside.
